Each project starts with an initial meeting at the property. This serves as an opportunity for us to assess the space and neighborhood, and discover the ideal buyer's lifestyle, tastes and aspirations - in order to create a scheme that appeals to the target demographic. Creating a buyer profile is the first step in finding as many prospective buyers as possible. We also outline budgets and timelines so that the project can progress smoothly. This meeting is followed up with a written proposal.
